This is a physical, high-overtime role that offers a direct path into the Baker's Union after 90 days. For your first 3 months, your primary focus will be plant sanitation, shoveling bulk material, and using high-pressure air hoses to blow down equipment. Log ~56 hours per week (earning up to 16 hours of overtime pay weekly). Days 1-45: 1st Shift (7:00 AM

3:00 PM | Thursday

Ongoing Rotation:

After 90 days, you rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts every 3 weeks.
