About Us J.Co Apparel & Promotions is a fast-growing custom apparel and promotional products shop in Poplar Bluff, MO. We produce embroidery, screen printing, and DTF (direct-to-film) transfers for businesses, teams, and individuals across the region. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable team member to join our production floor. Job Summary The DTF Production Associate is responsible for running our DTF (direct-to-film) production area from start to finish

• loading print jobs, operating our commercial DTF printer, and pressing and finishing garments for customer orders.

This is a fast-paced, on-your-feet production role where accuracy and speed both matter. From time to time, you'll also help out in other production areas (such as screen printing) when needed. Responsibilities Load, queue, and manage print jobs on our commercial DTF printer using a computer/production software Operate and maintain the DTF printer throughout the production day, monitoring for quality and troubleshooting issues as they arise Press DTF transfers onto garments using a heat press, following correct time, temperature, and pressure settings for each job Finish and inspect completed DTF orders for placement, quality, and accuracy before they go out the door Keep the DTF work area clean, organized, and stocked with film, powder, and supplies Communicate with the Production Manager on job status, priorities, and any equipment issues Pitch in on other production tasks (screen printing, packaging, etc.) during busy periods or as cross-training allows Qualifications No experience necessary

• we will train the right person on our DTF equipment Solid computer skills required
• must be comfortable loading and managing print jobs, working with production/design files, and doing basic image editing in Canva or similar software Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for most of full shift Able to lift and move materials (garments, film rolls, boxes) up to approximately 20 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to keep up with a high-volume production schedule Detail-oriented•able to catch quality issues before orders leave the shop Benefits Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays How to Apply Apply through this Indeed posting or email your resume to hello@shopjco.
