2-2-3 rotating schedule Job Summary We are hiring Production Support Associates to assist with daily manufacturing operations in the Bin Builder Area. This is a hands-on position involving the preparation, organization, and staging of bins, Gaylords, and other materials used in production. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift. Responsibilities Rake and level preforms in open bins Place lids on bins Insert bags into bins according to production requirements Build, strap, and stage Gaylords Assemble and prepare bins for production Move and organize materials within the work area Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform other production support duties as assigned Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull for extended periods Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule Reliable attendance is required Manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions Must be safety-conscious and able to work independently and as part of a team
