Mon-Fri 6:00 AM

• 2:00 PM 1st

Shift Starting Pay:

$27.20/hour As a Paint Team Lead/Sr Manufacturing Support at Caterpillar you will: Learn to navigate & create, update, and maintain standard work, detailed routings, and value stream maps for factory paint processes. Learn to navigate and utilize NextGen system to create purchase requisitions, execute purchase orders, invoice material, and create supplier schedules. Learn to conduct & analyze time studies. Learn to balance work & distribute work across assets. Work with internal team members & external vendors to lead projects to improve PQVC metrics. Learn to utilize AutoCAD to create facility layouts for project bids. Works closely with paint management and manufacturing engineers.
