JOB DESCRIPTION

Day shift openings

• Reports to the production manager.
• Operates the computer that controls the batching scale, mixer, receiving leg and mill.
• Fill bins with needed products, monitor batching and mixing, weigh out hand-adds, confirm empty bins and operate the mill.
• Record key data for incoming ingredients and for each batch.
• Work with other employees to ensure formulas are followed and ingredients are not wasted or contaminated.
• Fill out appropriate paperwork. . Load and unload trucks. . Forklift experience is preferred. . Great communication skills.
• Work with outside carriers that unload/load our product, with the ability to operate a fork-lift.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Work efficiently in a standing or sitting position for 3-4 hours at time, climbing ladders, and work in heat/cold and dusty environments.

Pay will depend upon experience in the field and the shift for which you are hired.
