Job Description

Assemble, test, inspect, troubleshoot, and rework small precision valve components using hand tools, measuring equipment, and automated assembly systems. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to work with very small components, including parts approximately the size of a pen tip. Steady hand control for precision assembly operations. Visual acuity sufficient for inspecting and assembling small components. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to use precision measuring instruments. Ability to read bills of materials, drawings, and manufacturing instructions. Basic math skills required for production tracking and time documentation. Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, sit, and stand throughout the workday. Ability to wear required safety glasses. Ability to work overtime as required. Preferred Skills Experience with precision mechanical assembly. Experience assembling valves or similar small mechanical components. Experience operating automatic or semi-automatic assembly equipment. Experience performing product testing, troubleshooting, and rework. Experience working to dimensional tolerances and quality specifications. Job Responsibilities Assemble valves and related precision components using hand and power tools. Perform subassembly operations according to manufacturing procedures and standard work. Test completed assemblies for proper operation. Troubleshoot and rework nonconforming assemblies. Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment. Read and follow bills of materials, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Maintain product flow through assigned assembly operations. Follow applicable manufacturing procedures and 3P requirements. Complete production, time, and tracking documentation. Participate in PDCA activities related to manufacturing processes. Maintain required production and quality standards.
