High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Job Summary The Manufacturing Services Associate I supports cGMP manufacturing production suites by ensuring materials, consumables, equipment, and production areas are properly prepared and maintained. This role performs suite stocking, material movement, assembly and autoclaving, parts cleaning, equipment maintenance, and routine cleaning/sanitization activities. The Associate will work under close supervision while developing a strong understanding of cGMP/GDP requirements, aseptic techniques, contamination control, and manufacturing procedures . Key Responsibilities Perform daily 6S activities and stock manufacturing suites with required raw materials and consumables. Clean and process soiled parts daily according to established procedures. Determine production requirements for autoclaved assemblies and deliver assemblies to manufacturing suites. Assemble and autoclave components and materials for manufacturing operations. Perform daily and weekly maintenance activities on analytical equipment. Perform weekly and monthly cleaning activities in inoculum rooms. Prepare materials for transportation and delivery to manufacturing suites. Perform material movements into, out of, and throughout production areas. Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization . Follow cGMP, GDP, SOP, and safety requirements at all times. Accurately document activities in written and electronic records and review documentation as required. Demonstrate proper aseptic technique and cross-contamination awareness when handling products and materials. Complete required training and obtain qualification for assigned tasks. Maintain an individual training plan and remain current on required qualifications. Participate in shift exchanges, team meetings, projects, and other administrative activities. Communicate effectively with manufacturing teams regarding production needs and material requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work a 12-hour A shift, 0700-1900 , on a rotating schedule. Ability to work in a cGMP manufacturing environment and follow detailed procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documentation. Ability to perform routine cleaning, material handling, and physical production-support activities. Ability to learn and follow SOPs, GMP/GDP requirements, and safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments . Experience with cGMP/GDP, aseptic processing, cleanroom practices, autoclaving, sanitization, or material handling . Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and electronic systems.
