We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Production team and help us maintain our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Position Summary The Production Worker performs a variety of tasks involved in preparing, processing, packaging, and handling fresh produce. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to food safety and workplace safety. The Production Worker will work in a cold/refrigerated environment and must be comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift. Essential Responsibilities Sort, inspect, trim, cut, weigh, pack, label, and prepare fresh produce according to company specifications. Operate production equipment and machinery safely after receiving appropriate training. Load, unload, move, and stack boxes, cases, containers, and product. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow all company food safety, sanitation, quality control, and workplace safety procedures. Inspect products for quality, freshness, appearance, and proper packaging. Accurately follow production schedules, work instructions, and customer specifications. Meet established production and quality standards. Properly use knives, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment as required. Communicate product or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor. Assist coworkers and work effectively as part of a team. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.

Employees must be able to:

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Work safely while handling boxes, containers, produce, and production equipment. Work in a cold/refrigerated environment for extended periods. Maintain productivity and attention to detail while performing physical tasks. Work Environment Work is performed in a cold, refrigerated production environment. The position may involve exposure to water, moisture, produce, food-processing equipment, and varying temperatures. Employees are expected to follow all required safety, sanitation, hygiene, and food-safety procedures. Appropriate personal protective equipment and cold-weather gear may be required. Qualifications Previous warehouse, food production, produce, manufacturing, or similar experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position. Willingness to work in a cold/refrigerated environment. Schedule Full-Time | Variable The production schedule may require early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday work depending on business and customer needs.
