Our company has been in operation for over 25 years and specializes in steel-rule cutting dies and printing plates. Currently, we are seeking an individual to join our cutting die production team as an Assembler. Job Responsibilities Include:

Reading and understanding assembly drawings Preparing materials Aligning materials and assembling parts to build more complex units Adhering to job specifications Checking output to ensure product quality Creating proofs of each completed product Working both independently and within a team

Qualifications:

Must be available for second shift (12pm to 8pm) and overtime Must be able to measure components to a 1/32nd of an inch with a ruler or measuring tape Must be able to lift product weighting up to 60lbs unassisted Must be able to use hand tools Must be comfortable with power tools Must be organized and detail oriented Must have a mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions Candidates with experience in a manufacturing, light industrial, or job shop environment preferred Industry specific training will be provided
