Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collision Shop Paper Organizer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage the organization, filing, and retrieval of all paperwork related to collision repairs, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping. Your efforts will directly contribute to efficient operations, seamless communication across departments, and high-quality customer service. Duties Maintain an organized filing system for all collision repair documents, including work orders, insurance claims, parts invoices, and repair reports Ensure timely and accurate documentation processing using ERP systems such as SAP and other production management software Collaborate with production teams to verify paperwork accuracy and completeness before submission or archiving Support production scheduling by providing necessary documentation to facilitate efficient workflow and resource allocation Assist in implementing process improvements by identifying document flow bottlenecks and suggesting lean management solutions Utilize Excel data analysis skills to track document turnaround times, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate cross-functional communication between repair technicians, parts suppliers, insurance adjusters, and management to streamline information exchange Qualifications Proven experience in production management or manufacturing management environments with a focus on documentation control Familiarity with
SAP, MRP
