Our facility is in Vineland, NJ has an active need for associates who report to work on time, possess an ability to work independently or as part of a team, and excel at time management handling urgent order requests. Production Specialist assists in the production, delivery, and packaging of screens. This is a full-time position that operates a 4 - 10hr day work week. Essential Functions:

Interacts professionally with internal customers, colleagues, and vendors. Reads job order. Uses a computer to read drawings, blueprints, or sketches and to log in/out on jobs. Uses an assortment of hand tools not limited to wrenches, angel grinders, shears, tape measures, serimeter, linen testers, silicone and epoxy guns. Uses an assortment of machines not limited to spot welders, press brakes, punch presses, shears, tensioning devices and tube rollers. Produces work per identified quotas.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the environment can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee Is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with the hands and arms. This position involves sitting, walking, stopping, and lifting up to 75 pounds for long periods of time throughout the day.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or commensurate experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16".
• At least one year of continuous full-time work experience.

Schedule:

• 1st shift, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Mandatory Overtime may be required.
• 4day a week, 10 hours a day

Compensation & Benefits:

$16.50 is the starting rate for 1st shift. 6 month and 1 year review with the chance of increase. Bonuses based on Company performance. Full benefits available after 60 days We also offer 401K after a year of employment with a company match.
