Job Description

Regeneron markets medicines for eye diseases, atopic dermatitis, asthma, COPD, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), oncology, hypercholesterolemia, and rare inflammatory conditions. Regeneron also has product candidates in development in other areas of high unmet medical need. External Manufacturing Associate - R47649 Location Rensselaer Position Description Supports drug product external manufacturing operations across two functional areas: (1) procurement and financial operations, including management of SOWs, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice routing and approval; and/or (2) inventory control and reconciliation, including Oracle-based inventory management, variance analysis, and cGMP documentation. This posting is for procurement/SOW and Invoice management support. Roles Responsibilities Track/manage SOWs and related requisition entry for multiple external manufacturing vendors. Work with Finance to ensure proper coding and budgetary coverage for activities. Confirm SOW adherence to supplier MSA terms and conditions. Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders for external manufacturing activities. Maintain open and reconcile aged POs to confirm appropriate closure. Route invoices for prompt review and approval. Interact with CMO and internal stakeholders to resolve SOW or invoicing discrepancies. Support routine internal meetings to review status of pending SOWs, requisitions, POs and invoices. Generate monthly inventory reports from Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and reconcile against CMO inventory reports. Research inventory variances to determine accurate quantity on hand and classify to appropriate root cause categories. Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory data; demonstrate understanding of production processes that impact inventory control. Review cGMP documentation to confirm the source of inventory variances. Compile and present evidence to support the source of inventory variances. Complete cGMP documentation to drive inventory adjustments. Perform Oracle inventory transactions and adjustments relating to drug product manufacturing activity. Skills Working knowledge of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and/or procurement/ERP systems is preferred Direct experience identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities Familiarity with SOW, PO, and invoice management processes Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams and external vendors Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database management, graphing, and presentation software. Experience in supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and/or logistics management preferred. Experience with data review, analysis, and/or financial operations preferred. Education Associate's degree or equivalent required; relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement.
