Between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Office Hours) We are looking for a reliable Production Assistant/Runner to visit a county clerk's office to retrieve and scan public court records for an upcoming production.

Responsibilities:

Report to the appropriate department upon arrival. Complete a brief request form provided by the clerk's office. Wait while the clerk retrieves the requested file(s). Follow the clerk's instructions for copying or scanning the records. Scan or photograph all permitted documents clearly and completely. Deliver all scanned materials electronically to the production team promptly after the visit.

Important Notes:

Some documents may have restrictions and cannot be opened or removed from binders. A smartphone with a high-quality document scanning app or a portable scanner is strongly recommended. Please handle all court records carefully and follow all instructions provided by the clerk's office. Additional case information, contact details, and filing instructions will be provided to the selected candidate. If you're available to complete this assignment during normal business hours, please respond with your availability, your location, and confirm that you have access to a smartphone or scanner for document capture.
