No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform heavy data entry in Microsoft Excel and JDE (Oracle JD Edwards) to track ingredient consumption numbers, inventory, and operational metrics. Process, verify, and reconcile daily employee timesheets for accuracy. Serve as the main communication bridge between shift managers, production leadership, and floor employees. Provide administrative and clerical support across production, shipping, and receiving departments. Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and departmental documentation. Perform primary work from a private office environment, with occasional trips onto the plant/warehouse floor as needed.
