Overview:

We're looking for a dependable part-time shop assistant to help with daily operations in our custom apparel shop. This role is a mix of customer interaction, production support, and shop upkeep. The right person is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning hands-on skills over time.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers Answer phone calls and take basic order information Maintain a clean and organized shop environment Heat press DTF transfers onto garments Clean and reclaim screens Assist with general shop tasks as needed

Growth Opportunities:

This position has the potential to grow into: Screen printing Transfer printing Expanded production responsibilities Training will be provided as skills develop and reliability is demonstrated.

Qualifications:

Dependable and punctual Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone Willingness to learn hands-on production processes Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical work

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1pm-5pm
