$16.50/hr, starting pay Job Description We have an immediate need for a Production Worker to fill openings on first and third shifts.

Job Duties:

Partial set-up and mixing of compounds to predetermine specifications Read and understand specification sheets Set up and maintain production pace and set up and weigh oils required to run each compound Document all material and compound traceability Consistent heavy lifting, occasionally exceeding 50 pounds Periodically transport products using a lift truck

Job Requirements Qualifications:

Factory or Manufacturing experience is preferred Must be able to perform set ups Must have the ability to read and understand specification sheets The ability to operate a lift truck to transport products is needed Must be able to accurately document all material and compound traceability Must be comfortable standing all day in a fast-paced, extremely dirty, dusty, and noisy environment Must have steel toed footwear Must be safety-conscious, must be extremely reliable, and able to follow strict attendance policy Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
