No experience is necessary — we'll train you. The job primarily involves producing real estate signs from start to finish. You'll print graphics on vinyl, laminate and cut the prints, and apply them to plastic sign boards. It's hands-on work and can be repetitive, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in doing things accurately. What You'll Do Print, laminate, cut, and apply vinyl graphics to real estate signs Prepare and organize completed orders for customer pickup Receive deliveries and organize incoming materials Keep track of sign blanks, vinyl, and other supplies Keep the production area clean and organized Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of printing equipment Occasionally assist customers who are picking up completed orders There is very little customer service involved in this position. You will not be responsible for taking orders, sales, or designing signs. What We're Looking For Experience in printing or sign production is not required. We're more interested in finding someone who is: Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Detail-oriented Okay with repetitive production work Comfortable being on their feet for most of the day Comfortable using a computer and learning new equipment Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed Willing to help keep the shop clean and organized Hours & Schedule We have approximately 20-35 hours per week available . We're flexible on the exact schedule and can work with the right person to establish consistent daytime hours that fit their availability . The position can be worked Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday. A schedule such as 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, or similar daytime hours can work well for this position. No evenings. No weekends. Pay $20.00 per hour This position does not include health insurance or paid time off.
