$18-$24/hr | 1st Shift | 6:30 AM-4:00 PM | Twinsburg, OH Are you the person who can do a little bit of

EVERYTHING?

We're looking for a Manufacturing Unicorn — someone with the skills and experience to jump into different areas of a busy fabrication operation and keep things moving! This is NOT your typical "stand in one spot all day" job. You'll be the go-to backup on the fabrication floor and dock, stepping in to provide breaks, cover vacations, and help wherever you're needed. One day you might be operating a press brake, the next you could be grinding, welding, or helping out on the dock.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Jump between fabrication and dock positions as neededProvide coverage for employee breaks and vacation timeOperate a Press BrakePerform WeldingUse grinders and perform grinding/fabrication workAssist with Material Handling and dock operationsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaHelp keep production moving when the team needs an extra set of hands
