$26.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Essential Functions Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate replenishment with Production Manager. Order production materials, repair parts, and operating supplies per company policies. Track incoming shipments, verify delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain ERP-based records of purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports. Communicate with vendors on order status, lead times, and quality concerns. Support production planning and administrative reporting. Assist with special events (safety luncheons, recognition programs, tours). Support safety culture by adhering to all safety requirements and attending meetings. Other duties assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience using ERP or inventory management software such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Valid driver's license: occasional travel required. Occasional weekend inventory cycle counts Occasional local travel in a personal or company vehicle is required. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Purchasing or inventory control experience in manufacturing. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Working Conditions Primary work performed in plant and production office.
Normal Hours:
7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; occasional weekend work. Must be physically capable of climbing stairs and sitting for prolonged periods. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
