Production Associate Details:
Temporary position $18.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday) Prepare materials needed for order. Ensure proper housekeeping & maintenance of worksite. Prepare materials for next shift to ensure a smooth transition & handoff with minimal downtime. Collect samples for the QC team & based on results, adjust what is needed. Communicate with leadership & maintenance any equipment & materials needs, shortages, failures, required repairs, forklift inspection results, etc.
Production Associate Qualifications:
Able to utilize math to perform basic weights for formulas. Able to reach & interpret directions & order details. Communication skills both written & verbal. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift & carry at least 60lbs. Ability to push/pull at least 55lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods, minimal sitting, twist/bend throughout workday, and climb/crawl as needed. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
