About Us Merit Commercial Real Estate is a rapidly growing boutique commercial real estate brand based in Medford, OR. We are driven by a passion for quality, professionalism, integrity, and approachability, and through our focus on those principals, have grown to become the #1 commercial real estate firm in southern Oregon, averaging over 100 active deals at any given time. We are hiring for a Production Assistant role, a key member of our team assisting in producing our industry-leading commercial real estate listings. Base hourly pay + significant recurring bonuses. About the Role This is a detail-intensive production role. You will work closely with our brokers and central team to turn raw property information into accurate, polished, industry-leading listing materials. Our next hire is extremely organized, comfortable working a both in-office and in-field work, has strong visual judgment, excellent when interfacing with clients, and notices small errors before anyone else does. You will have unmatched ownership over various projects at any given time in various different stages. You'll sharpen your judgement, creativity, people, and management skills throughout every aspect of the role. You do not need to be a commercial real estate expert on day one. You do need to be highly capable, technically comfortable, and unusually attentive to detail. The role varies in skills and experiences that candidates will refine on the job, including commercial real estate research, valuation, financial analysis, photography, graphic design, writing, professional interactions, client communication, and learning to manage 50+ active projects at one time.   • Create property valuations and marketing materials
  • Property photography
  • Manage listing intake process, including property tours
  • Significant graphic design work
  • Enter and maintain listing information across multiple systems and platforms
  • Prepare maps, aerials, demographic exhibits, site plans, and comparable property information
  • Maintain organized digital files and standardized listing-production workflows
  • Assist with additional research, data, design, and production projects as needed What makes you a good fit:

  • Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Google Workspace
  • CRM software
  • Real estate data platforms
  • Mapping or aerial-imagery software Preferred Qualifications (not required, but candidates meeting one or more of these will receive priority consideration and may qualify for higher compensation):
  • Active Part 107 remote pilot's license, experience with aerial photography
  • Active Oregon real estate license
  • Financial analysis experience and significant Excel experience
  • Experience and comfort with installing, relocating, and removing small and large real estate signs, and assisting with occasional minor setup or physical tasks at properties
  • Construction experience and knowledge
