Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow instructions to produce in-spec product. Use a microscope for precision work. Understand and apply the metric system. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Adapt to working in various areas as needed. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Run and oversee multiple machines.

Physical Requirements:

Safely and successfully perform all essential job functions. Meet standards of attendance and punctuality. Work extended hours when required (overtime). Work seated and standing for extended periods. Identify and see small imperfections on products.
