Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced winemaking environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with various tasks, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Assist in all winemaking production tasks (fruit processing, racking, filtration, bottling, etc.) Operate production equipment (pumps, filter, bottling equipment, pallet jack) Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the winemaking facility. Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient workflow and quality control throughout the production process. Utilize pallet jacks for material handling as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Experience working alcohol production setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production demands.
