6:00 AM 2:30 PM Job Description We are hiring 1st Shift Production Associates to join a busy printing and packaging operation. This is a hands-on position where you will assist with loading machines, organizing materials, packaging finished products, and supporting machine operators throughout the production process. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain manufacturing experience and potentially grow into a long-term, full-time position . Responsibilities Load printing and packaging machines with paper, envelopes, labels, and inserts. Assist machine operators with production needs. Pull and stage orders based on production schedules. Stack, sort, and organize finished products. Package and prepare products for shipment. Palletize completed products. Move materials and supplies throughout the production area. Count, label, and organize inventory. Perform basic quality checks. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and production procedures. Maintain reliable and consistent attendance. Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production experience is preferred but not required . Ability to stand for extended periods. Comfortable working around production machinery. Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
