What You'll Do:
As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in keeping production flowing smoothly and efficiently, all while maintaining high quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating on a fast-paced production line Assisting with manufacturing and assembly processes Packaging finished products for shipment Preparing and labeling boxes for distribution Loading, unloading, and moving materials as required Performing basic machine operation and supporting production tasks Adhering to quality control standards and safety procedures Keeping a clean and organized work area Collaborating closely with team members to meet daily production goals Completing additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
No prior manufacturing experience is required—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. as needed) Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Flexibility to work overtime when necessary Strong attention to detail and a focus on workplace safety Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills

Pay Details:
$15.50 to $17.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
