PRODUCTION WORKERS / LABORERS

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various tasks on the factory floor to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing operations, helping us meet production goals and maintain safety standards. This position offers an engaging environment where hands-on work and teamwork drive daily achievements. The ideal candidate should have the desire and ability to work, with a whatever it takes attitude. This is a 40 hour per week position working

M-F 7-330.

Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment safely within the manufacturing facility, including power tools and hand tools, to assist in assembly and production tasks Assist with assembly line operations by assembling parts, inspecting products, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout each stage of production Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in accordance with company policies Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to operational procedures Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality Skills Previous factory or manufacturing facility is helpful but not necessary Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely in a fast-paced environment Join us in a role where your hands-on skills make a real impact!
