Job Description

Position Summary:

Our client company is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join their production team as Production Laborers. This position rotates between two work stations— Material Handler and Production Assistant —to support daily manufacturing operations. Duties may vary based on production needs and equipment status, so flexibility and the ability to assist where needed are important.

Schedule Options:

Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM•4:00 PM (based on project needs) 12-

Hour Shifts:

6:00 AM•6:00 PM or 6:00 PM•6:00 AM Rotating 3-2-2-3

Schedule:

Work three days, off two days, work two days, off three days (rotating schedule)

Essential Job Duties:

Assist with moving, organizing, and staging materials throughout the production area. Cut defective materials off rolls into smaller sections using a utility knife for proper disposal. Dispose of production scrap and waste materials in designated dumpsters. Clean production machinery and equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations. Sweep floors and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist production team members with general labor tasks as needed. Adapt to changing assignments, as daily work may vary due to machine breakdowns or production demands. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Able to lift up to 30•50 lbs. and safely stack, move, and handle production materials. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with changing production conditions. Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks based on daily production needs. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred but not required.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
