The Ralph S. Alberts Company is hiring Production Team Members for our Foam and Fiberglass departments. We have multiple openings on 1st and 3rd shift . This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll help create custom products used in the medical, industrial, and amusement industries.

Responsibilities:

Build, assemble, trim, finish, and inspect products Work with molds, fiberglass, foam, resins, plastics, and other production materials depending on the department Use hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment Follow work instructions and quality standards Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and be a dependable team player Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Comfortable using hand tools and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Shifts (Multiple Openings) We are actively hiring for multiple schedules: 1st

Monday

• Friday | 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM 3rd

Shift:

Sunday

• Wednesday | 9:00 PM
• 7:30 AM
• Includes a 15% shift differential, Training will take place on 1st shift for 2 weeks.
