Grinder/Polisher Operators Operate power tools to grind and polish stainless steel components Ensure finished products meet quality specifications Perform physically demanding work requiring strong attention to detail Welder/Fitters Weld and fit stainless steel components following design specifications Read and interpret drawings and layouts Welding experience required; schooling is a plus Machinists Operate CNC and manual machines in a manufacturing environment Use precision measuring tools and read blueprints Maintain quality and production standards Assemblers Assemble motors, boilers, agitators, and mixers per customer specifications Use hand tools and measuring devices Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues What's Needed? Manufacturing or industrial experience relevant to the position applied for Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (role dependent) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to perform job duties Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in manufacturing What's in it for me?
