Production Operator (2nd Shift)

Position Overview:

This role combines customer service duties with warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory control, and smooth logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery such as forklifts, bagging machines, liquid and powder blenders. Assemble and prepare goods for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and loading orders Monitor production lines to ensure timely load and shipment, and maintain quality control by inspecting products for defects Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents in potentially hazardous environments Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, removing debris and ensuring proper storage Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors promptly Work in high-traffic environments. Qualifications Physical stamina to lift and move heavy loads (often 50 -55 lbs) Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic machinery operation High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work quickly, accurately and methodically, especially during peak periods Benefits of working with
