Job Description
Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Production Associate for a warehouse facility located in Del Valle, Texas. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks to meet production standards. As a Production Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Review "Job Board" prior to running production.
- Attended molding press and associated equipment (or assembly equipment) per company safety, quality and production requirements.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Perform tasks associated with production line operations, including material handling and assembly.
- Follow established procedures and specifications to meet production goals. Inspect products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations. Report any issues regarding the line production to team lead.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies.
- Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures. Other duties may be assigned. What you'll need:
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, automotive industry is a plus!
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and correspondence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Perks:
- Pay $17.00 per hour for the first 40 hours worked; $25.50 per hour for hours worked over 40

Shift:
Work Monday through Thursday 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Friday and weekend OT required, with notice)- Stable full-time hours - Overtime Hours built into schedule,12 hour shifts, 4 days per week
