This is a working production role, not hobby or craft sewing
• What we make:
• Fabric goods including bags, aprons, and home textiles. We run production volume and have large drops on the calendar.
• You need:
• Proven sewing experience (please tell us where and what you produced)
• Comfort and speed on industrial machines
• straight stitch, and serger/overlock
• Ability to hold consistent quality at volume and hit deadlines
• Understanding of seam allowances, construction order, and how to read/follow a spec or sample
• Reliability and the ability to work independently once you know the job
• Nice to have:
• Experience with heavier fabrics.
• Pattern/sample knowledge or cutting experience
