Welding Helper (Entry Level) FCR Iron Works LLC is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Welding Helper eager to build a long-term career in the structural steel industry. We are seeking recent High School graduates with a background in Welding Technology or a related trade who want to continue developing their welding skills while learning structural steel fabrication, blueprint reading, field installation, and project management. This position offers a clear career path with opportunities to grow into Fabricator, Ironworker, Foreman, or Superintendent . Requirements High School Diploma Welding Technology (or related program) Bilingual (English & Spanish) Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prepare daily progress reports Work is primarily located in the Austin, TX area .
