Operate equipment, assemble materials, and support high-volume manufacturing lines efficiently.

Quality Control:

Visually inspect products as they move along the line to catch and correct defects before packaging.

Packaging & Staging:

Label, box, palletize, and bundle finished products to prepare them for warehouse storage or shipping.

Workspace Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station (following 5S safety standards).

Teamwork:

Work alongside team members to hit shift production quotas safely and on time.

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Skills:

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor environments. Basic experience using hand tools or operating basic Machinery.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Required Skills & Qualifications Physical Capability:

Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 35???50 lbs regularly throughout an 8-hour shift.

Hand-Eye Coordination:

Good manual dexterity to operate basic tools and handle parts quickly.
