Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Temp Production Worker on the Weekend Shift! You will play a vital part in assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout your shift. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, including forklifts and power tools, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Assist with mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and interpreting technical drawings or manufacturing documents. Measure components accurately using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support production flow efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards in production environments. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and collaborating with team leads. Follow manufacturing management directives to meet production targets while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially within assembly line settings. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents accurately. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and safety standards in production environments. Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence, process improvement techniques, and manufacturing best practices. Pay:
