We are looking for a General Production Team Member to join our crew and help us keep quality high and operations moving fast. What You'll Do Our production team handles multiple processes to bring our products to life. You'll get hands-on training and may work across:

Embroidery:

running and maintaining machines, headwear, soft goods and more.

Screen Printing:

setting up screens, pulling quality prints, and ensuring accuracy. Direct To Garment (DTG)

Printing:

operating Epson 3070s and maintaining equipment. Direct To Film (DTF)

Transfers :

prepping, pressing, and applying prints.

Laser Engraving :

detailed engraving on leather, glassware, drinkware and more.

Sewing & Finishing:

Using a post stich machine to sew patches on hats and Bar Tack Machines for woven labels on garments.

Fulfillment & Packaging:

ensuring orders are Correct and quality of items leaving the warehouse are the best we can. What We're Looking For Attention to detail above all else, the small things matter, and mistakes cost time and money. Strong work ethic, accountability, and reliability . Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new machines, techniques, and processes . • Have you ever worked in a production, warehouse, or printshop environment before?
• Are you available to work full-time on-site, Monday-Friday, during normal production hours (e.g., 9am-5pm)? Are you willing to occasionally work overtime or weekends during busy production periods?
• How do you stay productive when the shop slows down or there isn't constant direction?
• Describe what a "good teammate" looks like in a small production crew.
• This role involves repetitive work such as Pre-Pressing, Post-Pressing, organizing garments and general labor tasks. Are you comfortable doing repetitive tasks throughout the day?
