ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm $20.00 per hour Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? Join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or mechanical experience who want to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Assembler Technician, you will be responsible for product according to customer specifications. You'll use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly drawings to build high-quality truck components in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assemble walls, roofs, floors, and related components. Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and production specifications. Use hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely and efficiently. Accurately measure materials and components using a tape measure. Work with fractions and measurements to ensure proper fit and assembly. Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist with general facility maintenance and housekeeping as needed. Meet production goals while maintaining workmanship standards.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, or related experience preferred. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Able to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and blueprints. Must be comfortable working with measurements, fractions, and basic shop math. Able to accurately read a tape measure. Able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
