Company Description Get Outside Game designs and manufactures outdoor game products under its own brand, the Flux Cornhole brand and many others at our 8,500 square foot facility in La Marque, TX. We source all materials and use industrial equipment to keep manufacturing efficient, consistent and to the highest quality possible. Role Description We have 2 positions open for on-site woodworking and production located in La Marque, TX. You will be responsible for preparation, processing, and assembly of components and products. Daily use of router tables, orbital sanders, pocket hole machines, and drills is required. This is a production based manufacturing role for a detail oriented person with prior woodworking experience. Monitoring inventory as well as managing and interpreting part requirements for daily work flow is required.

• Positions are in our woodworking shop which does not have HVAC so it gets during the summer. Please keep this in mind when applying.
• Must be able to lift 70+ pounds.

• Skilled in Carpentry or Woodworking
• Proficient in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Experience in building and assembly
• Attention to detail and good work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Consistently follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Communicate visually and verbally
• Physical stamina and strength to handle non HVAC environment and heavy materials
• Prior experience in a similar role
• High School diploma or equivalent Required Responsibilities
• Use of tools including but not limited to drills, sanders, router tables and pocket hole machines
• Confirm finished products meet specification
• Assist in production of other areas as needed
• Read and understand orders, tape measures and rulers
• Detect problems, irregularities and variances in raw materials and finished products
• Maintain consistency and quality control through repetitive processes and tasks
• Move materials and products between work areas
• 50-70+ pounds
• Safely setup, operate and troubleshoot all tools and equipment at all times
• Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Must have reliable transportation and be subject to background checks and pre-employment drug screening Education / Experience High school or equivalent (Preferred)
