Full-Time Position Summary We are currently hiring for multiple positions within a manufacturing plant in New Braunfels, TX . We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to start immediately and bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to the job. Available positions may include General Laborers, Tile Setters, and other skilled or semi-skilled manufacturing roles . Some positions may also offer opportunities to travel to other project or plant locations for employees who are interested and available to travel. Available Positions General Laborers Tile Setters Manufacturing / Production Workers Installation Workers Skilled and Semi-Skilled Trades Job Duties Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Installing fixtures and components Light fixture installation Drywall installation Basic plumbing fixture installation Crimping copper Cutting aluminum materials Tile installation and setting General assembly and production work Using hand and power tools Measuring and cutting materials to specifications Material handling and staging Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following production schedules and supervisor instructions Performing quality checks on completed work Following all plant safety policies and procedures Assisting other departments or crews as production demands require Qualifications Previous manufacturing, construction, installation, or skilled-trade experience is preferred but not required for all positions. Experience with hand and power tools is a plus. Experience with drywall, tile, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, copper crimping, or aluminum cutting is highly desirable. Must be dependable and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must be willing to learn and take direction from supervisors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work overtime as production demand increases. Must be available to start as soon as possible. Travel availability is a plus for positions that support other locations. Schedule Employees can expect approximately 40-60 hours per week , depending on production demand and workload. Overtime and extended schedules may be required during periods of increased production. Compensation $20-$32 per hour DOE and position. Pay will depend on the specific position, previous experience, skill level, and qualifications.
