We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a Production Personnel position in Pearland, Texas. The qualified candidate will be able to work well with little supervision and be able to prioritize tasks with degrees of importance. We are looking for an energetic, responsible individual whose primary focus will be general warehouse support. This person must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Producing paint and coatings under the supervision of the production lead
• Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using a forklift
• Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, yard work etc.
• Performs other duties on the production floor as assigned
• Maintaining a neat and orderly workspace
• Maintaining safe and ethical working environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of current Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work with a team, as well as independently
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass a hair drug/toxins test and a background check

Salary:

$16.00 - $18.00 hourly wage
