Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver dry cleaning cloths to and from multiple locations Assist in garment production, including sorting, tagging, pressing, and quality inspection Greet customers at the counter and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately using point-of-sale or order management systems Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special garment care requests with professionalism Maintain a clean, organized production floor and front-of-house environment Ensure accurate order tracking and proper handling of all garments to prevent loss or damage

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and shift between delivery, production, and front desk duties Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic Ability to lift and carry garment loads and stand for extended periods Prior experience in dry cleaning, laundry services, or a similar environment is a plus Basic computer or POS system skills preferred
