We sell directly to golf courses, simulators, and golfers across the country, and we're looking for another great person to join our small production team in Salt Lake City. This isn't a huge warehouse or factory environment. You'll work directly with our Operations Lead and be an important part of getting Birdie Balls made, packaged, and shipped to golf courses around the country. What You'll Do You'll help with the full process of getting Birdie Balls from ingredients to customers, including: Producing and preparing Birdie Balls using our recipes and equipment Operating and assisting with food-production equipment Packaging, labeling, and boxing finished product Picking, packing, and fulfilling orders for golf courses and other customers Preparing shipments and keeping orders organized Cleaning and maintaining a clean, organized production space Tracking inventory and helping keep ingredients and packaging stocked Jumping in wherever needed as our company continues to grow What We're Looking For You don't need previous food-production experience. We're much more interested in finding someone who is: Dependable and shows up when they say they will Hardworking and comfortable staying busy Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and processes consistently Comfortable working on their feet and doing hands-on work Able to lift and move boxes, ingredients, and supplies as needed Willing to learn and take ownership of their work Comfortable working on a small team where everyone pitches in Experience in food production, kitchens, fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or shipping is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Pay Pay:

$15.00-$17.50/hour, depending on experience and fit
