Content Creator & Video Production Specialist Employment Type:
Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)
Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday, with occasional Sunday availability as needed. About the Position We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator & Video Production Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, filming, and editing engaging video content that showcases our products, company culture, and services across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite, has a strong understanding of social media trends, and can produce high-quality content that drives engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities Film high-quality video content at our facility and on location. Capture product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes footage, customer interactions, and promotional content. Edit videos for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels. Create short-form and long-form content optimized for each platform. Add graphics, captions, transitions, music, and other visual elements to enhance videos. Collaborate with management to develop creative content ideas and marketing campaigns. Maintain and organize video files and project assets. Ensure content aligns with company branding and messaging. Stay current on social media trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices. Assist with photography and other marketing content as needed. Qualifications Required prior experience in both video filming and video editing. Strong portfolio demonstrating previous video production work. Proficiency with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras. Knowledge of lighting, audio recording, framing, and composition. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content. Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software. Drone photography/videography experience is a plus. Experience with product marketing or e-commerce brands is preferred. Schedule 20-25 hours per week Wednesday through Saturday Must be available for occasional Sundays for events, product launches, or special projects.
