Paid Training Available We're hiring Production Workers and Assemblers to support a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start working quickly, learn hands-on skills, and build a long-term career. You'll receive training and have the chance to grow into higher-level assembly and production roles while working consistent hours with frequent overtime available. What You'll Do Assemble parts and equipment following instructions and quality standards Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively Perform sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within required timeframes Rotate across workstations and develop proficiency throughout the production line Read basic blueprints and schematics (advanced levels will expand this skill) Identify and report quality or production issues Record measurements and production data accurately Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes Move and handle materials, parts, and finished goods Keep work areas clean and organized Support team operations and assist with training at higher skill levels
What We're Looking For Must-Have:
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20-50 lbs regularly Basic math skills and ability to take measurements Willingness to learn (training provided)
Preferred:
