Candidates who do not follow the application instructions will not be considered. Commencement Bay Corrugated is a full-service corrugated box plant, founded and incorporated in 1980. The Plant is 360,000 square feet and employs approximately 185 people. We manufacture custom boxes and sheets for customers located in the Western United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Customer industries include fresh produce, processed foods, meat, fish, beverage, and industrial packaging. We are looking to add 2 General Laborers/Production Helpers to our production team. Starting hourly pay for this position is $26.50/hour, with a shift differential of $1/hr on graveyard, and $0.65/hr on swing shift. Lots of room for pay growth with the first pay increase, to $27.67 per hour, occurring on 11/01/26 (this is an annual accross the board production pay increase). An additional $1/hr pay increase will happen at 4 months, along with a hiring bonus, and 4% increase at 9 months and 18 months, as well annual increases. Hiring Bonus and opportunity for annual Profit Sharing Bonus. Safety Focused Company. •Must be willing to work any shift (day/swing/graveyard - schedule based on seniority and production needs - shifts are not guaranteed). •Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed. The Company offers 2 benefit health/dental/vision plans (PPO & High Deductible). Employees are eligible the first of the month following 60 days of employment, as well as company paid life insurance and Long Term Disability. 401K (after 6 months) with 5% match, annual potential for profit sharing bonuses, EAP, and gym benefits. General Laborer/Production Helper Responsibilities:

Assist team in operating box machines at top quality speeds. Assist with machine set ups, stacking, feeding, bundling, offloading. Insert load tags, continuously monitor quality, while prepping load for shipping. Perform regular machine cleanups and minor maintenance. Follow all plant rules and policies while focusing on safety. Able to work overtime as needed. Able to work day shift, swing shift, or night/graveyard shift.

Qualifications:

Prior Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Ability to read a tape measure and process basic math. (Basic Test given during interview process). Able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 60-80 pounds. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a safe manner. Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to understand and read communications in English.
