About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our assembly operations by interpreting technical schematics to build high-quality products. You will utilize your technical aptitude and hand tool proficiency to ensure production efficiency while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Interpret complex job orders and schematics to accurately gather necessary production materials. Execute assembly tasks and perform minor equipment adjustments using precision hand and power tools. Conduct rigorous safety assessments on finished goods and raw materials to ensure product integrity. Maintain a high standard of workstation organization to optimize workflow and housekeeping efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet daily production targets through effective communication. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) to foster a hazard-free workplace. Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 60 lbs, with occasional pushing or pulling of up to 100 lbs. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, and twisting. Proficiency in reading and applying technical schematics and measurements. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening. Preferred Skills 1+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience operating industrial equipment such as forklifts. Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive willingness to learn new production technologies.
