Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:30pm Job Summary Our client is seeking a reliable and energetic Graphics Production Specialist to join their growing production team. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role focused on assembling vinyl graphics in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, following detailed processes, and contributing to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Assemble vinyl graphics from start to finish, including machine and hand cutting, weeding excess material, masking final designs, and preparing items for shipment Produce both stock and custom vinyl graphics and visual materials Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to standards Load and unload materials from machines and workstations Label, pack, and store raw materials and finished products Transfer materials, tools, and finished products between work areas Assist with machine operation and production processes under guidance Maintain an organized and efficient work environment Qualifications Vinyl sign-making or similar hands-on production experience preferred Familiarity with PC-based applications and basic file navigation Strong attention to detail and quality standards Customer service-oriented mindset Ability to follow repeated instructions consistently Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Desire to take initiative and learn new skills Adobe Illustrator Experience (Preferred) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move raw materials and finished products, with or without assistance Additional Information Extensive on-the-job training provided Training timeline may range from 6 months to 1 year Temp-to-hire only Benefits available upon hire
