Type:

full-time Production Operator Vector Surgical is an award-winning medical device company. Small, yet dynamic, we are growing quickly and looking for an outstanding individual for our Production Operator role. This is a hands-on position in our manufacturing operation. This position will involve cross-departmental communication throughout Vector Surgical, and maintaining a professional disposition is necessary. Candidates seeking both full time or part time will be considered (9:00 am-2:30 pm; 3-5 days per week; M-F). This position is 100% on site in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

Listed are the initial core responsibilities of the position: Order Processing and Shipping Process orders to distribute our product to customers Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment Receive and Organize Inventory Perform incoming inspections, in-process inspections and final inspections of materials/products Use pallet jack and electric pallet lift to move materials to/from storage racks (training provided) Assemble Products Perform light assembly and kitting of materials and labeling Operate a small pump to fill bottles with liquids to specific fill levels Overall Warehouse Upkeep Consistently ensure warehouse and production facility are clean and organized at all times Take initiative to suggest improvements to warehouse efficiency, safety and functioning

Qualifications:

Associate's degree required. A bachelor's degree is preferred Willing and able to lift/move up to 50 pounds Track record of excellence and increasing work responsibility Fine motor skills for labeling, bottle filling, and other tasks requiring precision Proficiency in

English Preferred Skills:

Commitment to quality: follow work instructions and raise concerns to ensure customers receive products that meet/exceed specifications Strong interpersonal skills. You will be engaging and working with everyone in the organization Positive, energetic style that supports the success of entire team Flexibility and willingness to change work duties during the day/week based upon customer orders Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing operation Medical Device manufacturing experience Experience using a pallet jack and electronic pallet lift
