Machine Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist Machine Operators in operating equipment to produce finished goods according to specifications
• Help fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Support the building of spools for product production and maintain the spool inventory (supermarket)
• Deliver parts and materials to machines to ensure smooth operation
• Accurately label rolls and packaging products for shipment
• Perform quality testing to verify products meet customer and internal standards
• Use assisted lifting devices safely when loading rolls onto skids
• Read and interpret safety rules, operational procedures, and maintenance instructions to ensure compliance
• Participate in 5S activities to promote a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to keep production lines running efficiently and troubleshoot minor issues Requirements for

Machine Assistant:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift materials with assistance when needed
• Basic reading and comprehension skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
