Job Description

Pay:
$16.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Team Member to support the Scale House at a solidification facility that handles Oil & Gas waste. Duties
  • Processing Inbound & Outbound loads through paperwork and communication with drivers and laborers.
  • Inventory of Office Supplies, PPE, Solidification Materials, etc
  • Completing (Microsoft Excel) Waste Tracking Reports
  • Issue PO#s for Vendor Work
  • Assisting with Safety/Production Meetings
  • Record Accident & Incident Reports
  • Communicating with Corporate Office, Supervisors, Vendors & Customers via Telephone, Email and In-Person.
  • Cleaning of Office Areas
  • Some physical labor is needed for hand scanning inbound loads. This will involve walking and using steps while carrying a hand survey meter, approximately 5 lbs.
  • Sample testing in a lab environment, also includes Microsoft Excel and Adobe knowledge. Skills Organization, Cleanliness, Communication and Computer skills are Required.

    Full Time Sunday to Wednesday (4 Days) 12-hour shift/ 6-hour shift Day shift: Sun-Tues (6AM-6PM

Pay:
